THERE IS NO COLOR OF THE SKY!
It just looks blur or navy blue 'cause of refraction due to earth's atmosphere. But if we wanted to give it a color, i guess I would go with blue or navy blue.
Btw, why did this question come to your mind? Related to your research?? O_o
What a useless, semi-artistic question. My dear Tigin, you should go and play heros of M&M instead of worrying about the color of the sky. By the way, we are in RI, it's gray. And Aris, what's that scientific answer about? Are you trying to show off that you have a phd now :p

well sometimes it is a single colour, sometimes it is a combination of different colours.. Can't really give one colour name maybe a list instead;
gray-white-blue-orange-red
